Three disciplines, one brain: Software keeps data clean, Analytics amplifies signals, AI Agents execute intelligently — unified by the Semantic Brain intelligence layer.
About Semantic Brain

Three disciplines. Not one.

The market is betting on AI Agents to do all of it — execute, measure, decide. We aren't. Agents are one of three disciplines required to optimize marketing and sales. Analytics measures what's actually working. Software keeps the data clean. Agents execute against the conclusion. Semantic Brain is a Toronto analytics company that engineers all three — built by operators with decades of experience architecting investing, marketing, and CRM systems.

01 — Mission & Vision
Mission Today

Semantic Brain optimizes marketing and sales by combining three disciplines into one application: AI Agents for execution, Analytics for measurement, Software for governance.

Vision Future

A world where every company decision in marketing, sales, and product management is grounded in measurement — and where growth is no longer a function of how much you spend, but how clearly you see.

02 — Leadership

Two co-founders. Three disciplines.

The Semantic Brain App was designed and built by two co-founders whose backgrounds cover all three. Joe owns the Machine Learning that powers Analytics. Albert is the systems engineer who keeps Software and Generative AI execution properly stacked — each used where it actually belongs.

Joe Anandarajah

Joe invented the Machine Learning for business approach that powers Semantic Brain. With an engineering degree, an MBA, and patents in Machine Learning, he has spent twenty-five years at the intersection of business and applied math — and the real innovation was insisting the algorithm be shaped by domain knowledge, not just data. That combination of business judgment and mathematical rigor is why Semantic Brain identifies signals generic AI tools miss. Joe works directly with new clients through launch, because the intelligence is only as good as the implementation behind it.

Albert Rothenstein
Co-Founder & CTO

Albert Rothenstein

Albert is the technical architect behind Semantic Brain — the engineer who makes sure every layer of the solution holds together. His career spans IBM, TD, and over three decades of applied computer science research at the doctoral and postdoctoral level. What sets his work apart is the right mix of Generative AI, analytics, and software — used where each actually belongs, rather than reaching for whichever is currently in fashion. That discipline is why Semantic Brain produces results that generic AI tools cannot replicate.
